Product Description & Reviews
Ceramic fiber paper consists primarily of high purity alumino-silicate fiber and is made through a fiber washing process. This process controls the content of unfiberized shots to a very minimal level within the paper. Our ceramic fiber paper features light weight, structure uniformity and low thermal conductivity, which serve as a perfect solution for high temperature insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, and thermal shock resistance. This ceramic fiber paper can be used in various types of refractory and sealing applications. Applications include: Kiln shelf liner Glass slumping mold liners Glass work shelf liner Appliance heat seals Low pressure gaskets Parting plane in refractory linings Combustion chamber liners Backup lining for metal troughs Hot top linings Thermal and electrical insulation Refractory backup insulation Coke oven door shook absorption medium Kiln car deck covering. PLEASE REQUEST A SMALL SAMPLE if you are concerned about your application, particularly glass art work. We understand this application is sensitive to the texture left by the paper so we want you to be happy. If you don't like our texture, we do require return shipping to be paid and charge a 20% re-stocking fee. We can not accept partially used rolls back.
